I got back from it just last week and I had so much fun. I went with my best friend Alex and his dad. A long 5 hour drive there (I tried to sleep most of the way there cause I hate sitting forever!)

I did some cosplay of Vash the Stampede and Urahara from Bleach (ones I can actually pull off XD). Got alot of pictures taken and alot of random fangirls giving me hugs. lol I met alot of people from last year that remembered me as well, including a couple from Japan! That was very awesome in my opinion.

On the first day of the main hall opening, they said a few words about the late Gary Gigax (whom we all miss dearly) and had a giant d20 hollowed out to donate your favorite dice, and then auction that off to donate to Garys favorite chairy. I thought that was truely inspiring.

I then went and bought a whole bunch of stuff in the main hall. First stop was at the Dead Gentlemens booth to buy a movie I have been waiting for since 2005, "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising". SUCH A GOOD MOVIE!! You can buy it at Amazon.com (and you should ). I got both my copys of The Gamers autographed by every actor and a few of them remembered me and my friend who came to all the other showings they did at Gen Con. Awesome.

Then I got some stuff on H.P. Lovecraft, some official Gen Con dice, FF2 for SNES, some mechs and books on BattleMech, a t-shirt and more. Gen Con has it all! I even got a lego set for a bud of mine of Star Wars! I also got a panda hat for my wonderful Yaichan (oh she drooled when I wore it XD). I got more stuff, but that was the bulk of it.

I ate out at some fancy resturaunts (like Jimmy Johns XP) and relaxed at out friends house we stay at every year (yay no hotels for me!). But now I am glad to be back home and working again (need more moneys XD). Plus I get to spend time with my lovely Yaichan, once she gets her PC fan working. X3
